How to retrieve aother users custom data and its value?

i can easily retrieve other users names ( creating sort of admin app and i want to block other users by chaning their “etat” tto blocked) i want to show to the user the “etat” (custom data) of the users he blocked or change their icon color or smthng
but when it comes to custom data i couldn’t retrieve it none of these solutions work either
